Our resident DJ has been playing Weddings, Events and Parties for well over a decade!

Our DJ has built up the experience over the years to read the room, see what the crowd are enjoying and keep them up dancing all night long! All the songs you love are under his fingertips! Everything from the current chart toppers all the way to classics from the 50s.

Fancy some Ceilidh dancing? Not a problem, Capital DJ can walk you through the dances and has some great traditional Ceilidh tracks for you to dance a way too!

First dances and other requests are no problem! Just arrange with our DJ what you’d like beforehand and it will be ready for you on the night!

  • For Weddings usually perform from 8pm-12am

    Times can be flexible for other Events. With a maximum of 4 hours.

  • Around 45 Mins to set up.

  • Typically the length of Scotland and some of Northern England.

    (Long distance journeys are subject to extra cost and accommodation may have to be provided).

  • No. All that is required is access to a minimum of 2 power points.

  • Yes. However this is for the stage only and may not light up the rest of the room.

  • Yes! We will call all the dances to keep you and your guests right!

  • Yes, first dance requests can be played through our PA system.

  • Requests prior to and on the night of the Event are welcomed.

    We years of experience our DJs have fun control over majority of the song choices. They know what to play to keep your dance floor full all night.

  • Unfortunately no. The DJ can not be held accountable for things being held up during the day of your event. A lot of venues have a curfew for live music and we must abide to them. Performing past midnight would need to be pre-arranged in the booking process and is subject to extra cost.
